@CivilRegNairobi I lost my Birth cerficate and would like to apply for a replacement. It is an old birth certificate issued in 1973. (LATE)
I have checked the ecitizen portal but it does not have proficiency to apply for replacement of old birth certificate.

@KenyaPower_Care I hope you can send your emergency this morning to resolve ref 7642449, we have been in darkness since 7pm yesterday and its a phase affecting only 4 houses when everyone else has power. This blackouts happen every week. Please see how you can permanently sort this out!

@KenyaPower_Care Check ref 7642449, power went out yesterday at 7pm, only 4 houses affected on our power phase. I was advised that an emergency team within the area would be dispatched as this cannot be detected on the grid as it only affects a few houses. Please this blackouts are now too often
