dude iβm so sure i gained back to 46kgs itβs not even funny i worked so hard in may and june
itβs so difficult to restrict when i donβt have a scale because thereβs nothing keeping me accountable
i have so many ideas for the future and i genuinely want to make change in the world but iβm so unintelligent i canβt even play chess adequately or speak arabic fluently

it can definitely be hard because when youβre practicing, because you have to face being bad at something, but itβs all worth it in the end for improvement
men will always call women dramatic but every single time i get my period for the past couple years without fail, the first day always has me laying down in my own sweat (if i take off the blanket i will get very cold) for minimum 2-3 hours (sometimes more) in debilitating pain,
