We live in a country that exports cannabis on a massive scale, yet criminalizes its citizens for growing a plant that, in many progressive nations, is not only legal but recognized for its medical benefits.

You can legally possess cannabis with a prescription, yet grow a few plants, and you're slapped with a six-year sentence.

Six years in prison for cultivating a plant that has harmed no one? This isn't justice; it's an absurd, draconian policy that seems designed to keep the working class down.

Contrast this with the shocking leniency shown towards paedophiles. Under this Labour government, riddled with its own scandals and accusations of harbouring "nonces," paedophiles often receive lighter sentences or, in some high-profile cases, are seemingly protected by the very system meant to punish them.

How can it be that someone who grows cannabis faces harsher penalties than those committing heinous acts against children?
