@EcommercenewsNL @budbee #budbee has awful customer and delivery service. They keep parcels in their warehouse for weeks and do not delivery. They still use "corona time" excuse for being "overloaded". It is clear: #budbee is no longer trustable partner for your last mile delivery!

Very unpleasant experience! They hold your parcels for 1 week and keep answering that they are very busy due to corona. Are they stuck in 2020??? What a miserable excuse! If you cannot manage your logistics, do not offer your service!
