In a statement carried by the Yemen News Agency (Saba), the house said the Transitional Councilโs actions, backed by external parties, do not serve the path of state-building or achieve stability.

The parliament affirmed full support for the procedures and decisions issued by the Presidential Leadership Council and its chairman, including the declaration of a state of emergency and the measures taken by the National Defense Council,
"These measures are taken out of the Kingdom's continued concern for Yemenโs security, stability, unity, territorial integrity, as well as the decent living of its people," the parliament said in a statement.
The Yemeni House of Representatives, the parliament, praised the statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its declared positions, commending the measures and steps that the Kingdom has taken across various aspects.
Parents of students received notifications about the decision to switch over to remote learning until the schools are fully repaired and classrooms are reopened.
In a letter addressed to the principals of these schools, a copy of which was obtained by Okaz, the Ministry of Education stated that remote learning will continue until the completion of maintenance work at these schools.
It is noteworthy that the Riyadh Education Department has notified about 51 schools in the capital city that they would temporarily switch over in-person classes to remote learning until Thursday, after electrical cables were found stolen from their school buildings.
The Public Security announced via its X social media account that the suspects were referred to the Public Prosecution after taking the necessary legal action.
