Kroma mainnet will be upgraded to v1.0.2 (previously v1.0.0).

Below are the upgrade details:
-Scheduled Time: 26th DEC 2023 05:00 UTC ~ 27th DEC 2023 05:00 UTC
-The upgrade process is designed to be nearly seamless with minimal downtime. However, users may experience intermittent issues with Blockscout, P2P communications, and RPC calls during this period.
-While this is not a mandatory upgrade, it is highly recommended for all validators. The upgrade addresses the issue of validators intermittently failing to submit outputs. A new feature enabling validators to withdraw their rewards to Layer 2 (L2) has also been added.
