We are so sorry to hear that @katiedawson23 has died. With Aideen Ryan, Katie was our feminist judge in BJM v. CM. We had such fun with that one, and we hope people will keep reading and teaching it. Our love to all who knew her. https://t.co/YexgTpI8ie
As part of the @irishfjp project I wrote a chapter calling for this very decision, for the findings to be ruled unfounded and incorrect. I'm feeling emotional - cannot begin to think what this means for the Hayes family.

Goodbye @TemperanceCafe@ScottishFemJP. Time for #LawTalkBLS@BhamLawStudents roadtrip to depart home @bhamlaw. But had a FABULOUS time - creativity, anger, tears, thinking, talking, collaboration & laughter. And cake! Thank you @sharoncowan22 @VMunro_Law - you’ve been amazing.
Time for some thinking, reflecting discussing! @sharoncowan22 @VMunro_Law now working with @bhamlaw@WarwickCCLS@CovLawSchool students unpicking 3 of the cases that were rewritten as part of the @ScottishFemJP. Note the rapt expressions on faces! Not like this in my lectures...
Our @aoifemod and @maireadenright have a chapter in this, "The Northern/Irish Feminist Judgments Project : Experiments in Feminist Legal Research" which includes (amongst other things) our judges' reflections on the project. Thanks to @Sandra_NiD for her research assistance.
We are very happy to announce that ‘Case Studies in Legal Research Methodologies: Reflections on Theory and Practice’ edited by Laura Cahillane and Jennifer Schweppe has just published! Order your copy today: https://t.co/b0NRzfDWiF
“As Feminist academics what we wanted to do was challenge the idea that the only way to approach law is the ideas established by the patriarchal system... You can’t dismantle the master’s house using the master’s tools.” @sharoncowan22 of the @ScottishFemJP
