5 days without internet PLDT Home. CS asked me if I’d like a bill adjustment for the days na walang internet (which I don’t need) or a free data last Tuesday. I chose free data kasi need ko internet, obviously for work, and they said it will take 24hrs para ma process.@PLDT_Cares
