@AskCiti Recap. It took me two phonecalls and 2.5 hours to get my card blocked. I was incorrectly told the card was blocked once in that process.
New card was sent to wrong address.
Scammers called me from official Citibank number and nobody is investigating.
@AskCiti Nobody has contacted me about the scam. By the way, scammers called me from an official citibank number - 1888-248-4465 - which is an enormous security breach which nobody is responding to. Absolutely shocking negligence.
@AskCiti I check today to verify the address. They put in the wring address. Which means they sent the card to the wrong address. Unbelievable negligence.
@AskCiti I phoned back. It turns out my card wasn't blocked at all. The other customer service advisor blocks the card. He takes my new address. And send my debit card to the new address.
@AskCiti Beyond atrocious service. It took 2 hours for you to block my card after fraud. 2 hours. During that time 4 people dropped my call. Finally a woman at the call center told me the card was blocked. She confirmed it was blocked and then dropped my call.
