Artificial Intelligence: Friend or foe?
We stand on the threshold of something vast and unknowable, and though we speak of Artificial Intelligence as if it were a tool, like a hammer or a chisel, something to be wielded, directed, and ultimately mastered, there is a growing sense that it may not wait for our instructions, that it may move faster than our ability to grasp what it’s truly becoming.

Perhaps the real question isn’t how we use it, but how we live alongside it. How we protect what is most human in us when faced with a presence that can think faster, learn deeper, and replicate almost anything we do with terrifying ease.

I find myself wondering whether the only way forward is to shift entirely; whether we, the humans, must fiercely claim the role of architects of meaning and vision, while these systems become the builders of form and function, carrying out the tasks we once thought were our own, but which may soon feel mechanical and beneath the very essence of what it means to be divine creators.

Remember, we were created in His image…

Will we be pushed to move into the abstract—into imagination, into philosophy, into the design of things yet unthought—not just because that is all that remains untouched by the machine’s reach, but because that’s where humanity should have always been.

Will we find that this technology is not a replacement, but a mirror, showing us what we value, what we neglect, and what we must now defend more fiercely than ever?

What if AI doesn’t erase us, but actually reveals us? What if this so-called ‘alien intelligence’, as Yuval Noah Harari describes it, becomes the contrast we never knew we needed? The alien presence that forces us to hold tighter to our humanness, to the magic of what it is to feel, to falter, to dream without logic or pattern?

Perhaps, in the face of something that does not sleep, doubt, cry, suffer, hope or love, we will come to treasure those very things in ourselves, as precisely what gives life purpose and meaning.

It may be that nothing has the power to unite us, to awaken us to our own strength and worth, more than having to share this world with something that is not us, and never can be, no matter how perfectly it imitates our words or our work.

I don’t know if AI will destroy our creative potential or ignite it, if it will render us obsolete or finally liberate us from the grind of repetition but I know that if we don’t ask these questions now—while we still have the voice and the will to ask them—we may find ourselves written out of the future by the very thing we dreamed into being.

I need to rant bc these horrible takes on Cassie are bothering me so bad; this woman was groomed at a young age by a powerful music mogul who made false promises of helping her music career, only to deliberately trap her in a contract while he romantically pursued her. He love bombed her, introduced her to deviant sex acts she’d never done before, fed her an endless supply of drugs, and coerced her into being sex trafficked and an accomplice to his criminal network. He isolated her from all her relationships, began funding her lifestyle while throttling her attempts of her finding any success of her own (to keep her dependent on him), and introduced torture, abuse and assault into their relationship as it progressed. Every time she would attempt to leave or cut ties, he would savagely beat her or send his handlers to find her. There was no escape, and eventually the lifestyle he indoctrinated her into become normal for her — the same way victims experience Stockholm syndrome. (Keep in mind this relationship spanned over a decade of her life) She even admits it wasn’t until she sought trauma therapy that she began to understand the severity of her situation. Not to mention there is literal video evidence of him savagely beating her during one of the times she tried to leave him.

Anyone who has been in, or understands the complexity of abusive relationships, also isn’t shocked by her admission that she willingly kept going back to him or that she loved him. That doesn’t make her any less of a victim, nor does it make her a willing participant because she became conditioned to the abuse.

The idea that this woman shouldn’t have sought financial compensation for the years of physical and mental torture he put her through in order to be believed is also delusional. Him settling her lawsuit within 24 hours was already evidence of his guilt.

Anyone that doesn’t view her as a victim is devoid of empathy or is a predator themselves. Point blank.

I commend Cassie so much for her bravery. She was the catalyst to finally taking down this serial predator, and the fact she’s even testifying against him while 8 months pregnant and after already collecting her settlement is admirable. I’m thinking of all the victims she saved by finally putting that monster behind bars. God bless.

Lo logré, saqué el pasaporte sin tramitadores ni contactos.
