after my nephew’s soccer game today, I’m going to the beach to disconnect from everything on my plate. no business thoughts, no responsibilities, probably turning my phone off so I’m not even tempted to check the time or notifications

& one last thing before I go, it’s pretty fucking cool knowing our ancestors were doing these temazcal ceremonies thousands of years ago.✨I’ve always wanted to experience something this profound & healing & I’m just thankful I was given the opportunity 🧘🏻‍♀️

I want to experience another temazcal ceremony. the last one I did was an all women ceremony, & it was honestly one of the most intense experiences I’ve ever had.. I couldn’t even last inside the entire time

which makes everything feel so intense & powerful… overall, the experience is just dope bcus you’re really sitting with yourself in complete darkness, facing all the pain, trauma & everything you’ve ever endured..
