@claridantv @greyfinance If you want to receive a direct payment from a client. Don't bother bro. Too long, too many unnecessary verification process. Took them 2 weeks before the reversal sef. Unless you are using them to receive KDP payments or withdrawals from PayPal or Payoneer.
@greyfinance You guys should make transactions seamless for businesses instead of making it difficult. I'll wait until after 21 working days to see if the payment will indeed get to the client.
@greyfinance Not when I received a second payment from the same client, only to be told that the very same information I provided isn't enough to clear the payment by your bank.
@greyfinance My concern is that the first payment I received from this client shouldn't have gone through if the information I provided to clear the payment wasn't enough.
@greyfinance As if that wasn't enough, you finally canceled the transaction and reversed the payment, and it will take a whole 21 working days! As if it took 21 days for the money to drop when they sent it.
@greyfinance Not to mention the time it took for all these back-and-forth exchanges with the Payment Verification Team. Over two weeks to clear a small $500 payment? Terrible!
@greyfinance But the second payment was something else. All the information you requested became suspicious. Even when I went to the client to ask for the info, she got worried and refused to share her personal information.
@greyfinance The first payment I got from the same client came in without any hassle; you didn't request all that information. The information you asked me to provide, which I did, got the first payment cleared within 24 hours.
@greyfinance It was a TERRIBLE experience, indeed, one I never want to happen to me or anyone else again. How can I receive a payment from a client when you're asking me to provide their date of birth?
