Please Please do not buy OnePlus products! Only do if you're sure you won't have any support from OnePlus.

My refund process is taking 6 weeks with no progress, no contact, after 20 mails and chats, call with support and the CDTI support partner of OnePlus from Poland, not even a feedback they have my phone!

Maybe for many of you nice products but be aware once you send them your phone then it's lost forever and you money too.

Yesterday I got the new OnePlus 15. All was fine, cloned my old phone and the overall performance is much better.

BUT there are some issues I have problem with:

1. After the latest Oxygenos 16 yesterday I was asked every time after restart with which app to open the phone: system launcher or OnePlus launcher. Choosing OnePlus launcher caused crash and black screen.
Next reboot same issue. So uninstalled the OnePlus launcher app installed again from ply store.

2. After last update or maybe not, not sure exactly, but the overall performance is not so good as before the update.

3. Scrolling speed in apps or in Oxygenos UI is terribly slow
Compared to OnePlus 8 pro waaaay slower in apps like reddit or X.

I'm really thinking to return the phone. It's not a upgrade, it's a downgrade for me.

It might be a controversial claim, but what if he wasn't supposed to be shot dead, but merely wounded.
Unfortunately, the whole thing went wrong, and a ricochet caused a fatal injury.
