Running an event centre taught me this: events rarely fail on decor or food.

They fail on a message that did not reach someone. The vendor told 4pm instead of 2pm. The usher without the final list.

That is the problem I am building NaliGrid to solve.

The decorator wants the layout. The ushers want to know who sits where. The floor plan is a photo on someone's phone.

On NaliGrid: add tables in rows, line them up, then export a PDF of the plan and who sits at each table. Or share a view-only link.

Watch the entrance of a 500-guest event: ushers with a list, walking people to tables one by one.

Print one QR code and stand it at the door. Guests scan it, type their name, and see their table. NaliGrid makes that page when you set up seating.

So, who is NaliGrid for? 👀

Event planners, vendors, coordinators and clients. If you're part of the event industry, there's a place for you here 🤝🏾

One platform. Everyone on the same page.

Planners are often the last to be paid and the first to be blamed.

NaliGrid keeps each event's payment schedule in one place: what the client agreed, what has come in, what is due next. The conversation becomes "here is the balance".

On event day the key information lives in the worst place: a WhatsApp group with 300 unread messages.

NaliGrid gives each event a live feed. Short updates tagged by location, one pinned message everyone sees, and problems flagged so someone owns them.

Managing multiple team members for an event can be a handful 😩

With NaliGrid, create your event, add team members, assign tasks and track progress, all in one place.

Less chasing. Better coordination. Smoother events 🙌🏾

Every big event floor has the same kit: a phone for WhatsApp and a hired walkie-talkie for anything urgent.

NaliGrid now has a voice channel in every event. Hold to talk on the floor, or open a meeting call for planning. Nothing extra to hire or charge.

Dear Event Planners,

Why scout for vendors when they can come to you? 👀

Create your event brief on NaliGrid, let vendors find it, review your options and pick the one that works for you.

Create. Receive. Choose.

NaliGrid has been accepted into Claude's startup program, run by Anthropic.

Claude already helps our small team ship features like the event voice channel and phone ticket scanning. Now we have more room to grow.

Ask a planner what they made on their last event and the honest answer is often "I'll know when I finish the accounts".

NaliGrid shows vendor payments, client payments and ticket sales in one view, with a running profit figure, while you can still do something about it.

Plan your event like a pro👌🏾

Most guest lists live in three places: an Excel file, a WhatsApp group, and somebody's head.

It works until the person at the door has the old version.

One list, live RSVPs, QR check-in from a phone. That is what we built.

[Victor Ironali @Ironali_]

The night before every big event, someone is on the floor with a guest list and a pen, working out who sits where.

NaliGrid now does it in one click: groups together, plus-ones beside their guest, VIPs at the high table. You review the plan before anything changes.
