Consistency doesn’t mean shit if you aint consistently getting better.
*Sends 1 cold email every day for 6 months “consistently”
“Why haven’t I signed any clients yet??”
*Consistently goes to the gym 1x a week for 6 months
“Why I’m I not jacked yet?”
You gotta be consistently good and consistently enough volume every fucking day.
Consistently demanding more from yourself.
Consistently breaking your own limiting beliefs.
Consistently leveling up.
@nehanagarr I got a scholarship and got the Byjus Product for free, the reason for its downfall is that the product isn't even that great, lots of newer and better startups with much more competitive pricing
like
Unacademy
Vedantu
Physics wallah
are outcompeting them in quality and price
Setting realistic fitness goals is necessary
don't expect to look like Hrithik Roshan within a month of training
you will need 2 years of consistency atleast to reach a physique where you look like you lift
Take your pick
Wander around throughout the day, no real long term goals, no aims, no attempts to live a better life
Move about the day with purpose and direction, trying to get closer to your long term goals
I've been in both places, and I definitely prefer the 2nd option
I don't know a single person who has regretted getting lean, healthy and muscular
it's probably one of the most obvious goals you need to set for your improvement
Read something cool recently and wanted to share
If we all start making decisions based on what our future self would want us to do, then our decisions are more likely to take us closer to that amazing future self that we have in our minds
option 1
binge watch netflix, scroll through instagram, eat unhealthy junk, procrastinate on your work and live a life filled with pleasure but no fulfillment
option 2
embrace the path of discipline, read books, work on your goals, improve yourself everyday, be highly fulfilled
One who remains unattached under all conditions and is neither delighted by good fortune nor dejected by tribulation (great trouble), he is a wise person with perfect knowledge.
