This doesn't even cover a printed copy. If you want a copy of your dissertation you need to pay >$100 for it depending on how long it is and if you have figures.

I don't often rant about #PennState because I genuinely liked going there, and I got so much out of my time there. Today, however, I need to make an exception. In order to graduate you must pay the graduate school $95 to upload your dissertation.

This is outrageous. Why they can't just pay the people who are reviewing my dissertation is beyond me. Instead they're choosing to take money back from graduate students on their way out.
