@currys never dealt with company with customer service so bad no one to speak to just send us a letter which was sent and 21 days ago and no response then be told write a letter to complain about complain as no response absolute joke quick enough take money but not to help

@currys glad you think returning tv and dropping it whilst unloading is acceptable and don’t want to discuss it now and just say write a letter surely you have a department available who have a phone and not just letters in this day and age
