@Tablesalt13 So help me understand this… if you made your millions in Canada. As soon as you depart as a tax resident… don’t you have to pay departure tax aka deemed disposition. Wouldn’t that nullify all your future savings…

@ronmortgageguy Not a residential building but a commercial building. Part of the site plan the y requested an EIA to protect ONE tree, it delayed the project by 16 month and I shifted my entire building to accommodate said tree. In the end the city suggested chopping it down
