The childcare support announced in the budget today is important. The implementation will rightly be rolled out slowly to allow nurseries time to adapt to the increased demand. But childcare has been broken for years - this is too late for many left financially crippled. #budget

@tammer_a @cgqjdjd @gunsnrosesgirl3 That’s not right. 0 dB is not the threshold for human hearing. Also, it’s not a helpful comparison because, unlike temperature, it is a logarithmic scale. Negative decibels signify a power value that is between 0 and 1.
