It is pretty clear that lawyers frequently do not go after lawyers or the bar. If they did, there would be a lot fewer lawyers. One interesting issue that is coming up is that the VA usually has a set amount for recovery for veteran claims -

I was in court when a judge, Jeff Ashton yelled at a pro se party and set her up by misstating on the record.
Ashton - said that he went to the ada office looking for evidence - found none because the ADA office in the 9th circuit does not save people's medical records

Desantis - changed the voting amendment to limit @savesARAg THE intent of the amendment - and limit minority voting- His actions are questionable. He eliminated masks in school and kids got sick.
