Whites have around 6 homicides per 100000 that equals 0.006% that’s where the “6x more” comes from. Not the rest of the population.

Each candy represents is 1% They literally had to fill the bowl with 100,000 pieces of candy to get blacks to have 15-25 pieces in the bowl to whites 4.

Both bowls have the same chance of poisoning you. Even if there were 1000 pieces. Only one candy from each bowl would still contain poison.

If blacks have 5k homicides that means 99.99% of blacks didn’t have a homicide. You can’t say those 99.99% are 6x more likely to kill anyone. Per capita is the 0.01%. Not the 99.99%
