देश में रेप केस के फर्जी मामलों से कई जिंदगी बर्बाद हो रही. कुछ दिनों पूर्व यूपी गोंडा के निवासी इंजीनियर अभिषेक श्रीवास्तव की भी इसी झूठे केस के मामले दर्ज होने से जिंदगी बर्बाद हुई. शादीशुदा गर्लफ्रेंड ने झूठा रेप केस दर्ज करवा कर लाखों रुपए वसूले. 10 दिन जेल में रहने के बाद अभिषेक ने सुसाइड कर लिया और दीवार पर चिपक गए अपने बेगुनाही का सबूत। दैनिक भास्कर में ऐसे ही एक गिरोह का खुलासा किया है जो की रेप के झूठे केस दर्ज करवरकर लाखों रुपए वसूली करती है. यह गिरोह 10- 12 साल चल रहा है.गिरोह की सरगना सफलता पाठक झांसी की रहने वाली है. लखनऊ में रहकर गिरोह संचालित करती हैं. गिरोह में 20-22 लड़कियां जिनमें कुछ नाबालिग भी है.
