@bsnl_care @bsnl_care I don’t what kind of actions you’re taking. I belong a rural area and I’m eligible for free wifi installation. But the technicians are demanding me to pay 3k for cable and router which is completely free. That too the office is near my home. Roughly 20-25 meters away.

@bsnl_care What the hell @bsnl_care I have already booked the new wifi connection but still no resolution or update. Is this is a joke or scam. The technicians are demanding extra charges of 3k and the customer support is doing nothing. Regional office numbers are unreachable. Wtf!!
