Step2: Take money from innocent residents
Step3: Abandon the project
Step4: Call @OPP_CR , sadly no help
Step5: Log Complaint with @ONconsumer , sadly no help
Got scammed, know 8 more families, and Federal, Provincial is offering "0" help
