Dear Modi ji,

I have a humble suggestion:

To safeguard the interests of the continuity of our republic, there should be a mandatory register maintained of participation and participants in all organised protest. This register can be enabled through the Aadhaar platform. Records need to be maintained so that:

1. Employers can make informed hiring decisions and unknowingly not hire any anarchists over contributing citizens in their businesses.
2. landlords can make informed leasing decisions and unknowingly not accommodate vandals over humble citizens in their societies.
3. Governments can make informed subsidy disbursement decisions and unwittingly not fund the people who attempt to destroy the Republic.

This is the good way to guarantee protests to stay peaceful and prevent abuse of young impressionable minds by vested political interests.

I believe there needs to be full disclosure of a persons political activities as part of records and background checks in certain public and private decisions.
