Just received an email with a full refund very pleased with the outcome well done Viagogo

I’ve asked for a refund at which they emailed to say you need to have contacted us before the concert…which I did! I have asked for a full refund.
Rang Viagogo again once the box office at the venue couldn’t help me and they said there is nothing they can do.

I arrived at the venue and they said we can only accept tickets from the other ticket company. Viagogo mislead me knowing that once I was at the venue they could not help me.
