@crazyclipsonly Both, kid shouldn’t have attempted it, but the guard, an adult, should’ve been aware that the CHILD would be seriously hurt by doing that. I feel like I’m leaning more towards the guard as to whom is at fault. As an adult he should know better than to endanger someone like that.
