This case highlights a broader problem in today’s culture. We have become so accustomed to law enforcement agencies and the media leaking information that when a police department chooses not to do so, and instead reserves its evidence for presentation in open court, some people (not referring to you) view that as improper or suspicious.
In my view, this footage should be presented first in court, where it can be examined within the proper legal context and subject to the rules of evidence. Only after the trial has concluded should it be released to the public. Due process is best served when evidence is litigated in a courtroom, not in the court of public opinion.
Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there. As a reminder, Austin Metcalf and Karmelo Anthony’s fathers are celebrating without them today. Hopefully, y’all can keep this shit to yourself for a day.
Big Mama Federal Government strikes again. There are already states that offer programs like this to students who achieve and maintain certain academic standards. Other states provide similar opportunities based on financial need rather than merit.
If this issue genuinely matters to you, attacking a private citizen on X accomplishes nothing. A far more productive approach would be to engage with state and local policymakers, travel to states that have successfully implemented these programs, study how they work, and advocate for similar legislation elsewhere.
That would be a serious effort to advance a policy goal. What you’ve posted here is not a policy proposal or a strategy for change, it’s simply a personal attack disguised as advocacy.

@cheese309 The short answer is absolutely not. I get the conversation. Injuries limited us from seeing Anthony Davis greatness. He is one of the most skilled and versatile bigs we have ever seen. We just haven’t seen it long enough, so I’m still taking Duncan.
@OceanSpray77@TBR24_7 Now you’re being intentionally dishonest. The opinion of others doesn’t matter. It’s about the facts of the case. Going under the tent had little to with the conviction. He actions was considered murder under Texas law.
@OceanSpray77@TBR24_7 Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t cross state lines with a gun. Also, AR-15s aren’t assault rifles. It’s also lacks context to compare cases in different jurisdictions, with different laws, and different circumstances.
