I went to @FlorsheimShoes yesterday with a scuff on the toe of shoe bought there 6 months ago. The manager of the Queen Street, Auckland branch didn't just try and sell me a product, he actually fixed the scuff and shined them himself. Good as new. Amazing service. Thanks!
