While capital chases AI, Netflix keeps compounding. Revenue up 6.6x in ten years, operating income up about 43x. The market may be underrating it. https://t.co/uTsFxaOc1M
The Clarity Act vote is happening AGAIN today. If it passes, these companies will gain the most.

ZIRP ended in March 2022. I pulled Zillow's county-level data to see which US housing markets gained the most since the Fed started hiking.
The typical county is up 12%. These 50 are up 35% or more.
Did you county made the list?
Here are the results 👇

ZIRP ended in March 2022. By January 2023 the fed funds target was already 4.25% to 4.50%.
Home prices since then:
Connecticut +29.9%
New Jersey +29.8%
Rhode Island +27.3%
New York +27.1% 💎
Colorado +6.0%
Texas +7.3%
Florida +8.7%
California +10.3% 🤔
These markets survived despite higher interest rates. I have been telling my friends who are still waiting for rates to come down. Buy a house now, prices will keep increasing. If rates come down, it will trigger another ridiculous price increase like 2020.

Every time the 30 Year Yield blew through 5%, the S&P printed a new high in the days/weeks after.
2023 was the exception that cross happened in a selloff, and the record took until Jan 2024. Models were not equipped to anticipate the effects of ZIRP ending.
Since then the pattern has held, May ’25, Jul ’25, May ’26, Jul ’26.5% is the line. My proof 👇
As confidence in fiat currencies begins to unravel, sovereign reserves become more important than ever.
Gold gives nations a neutral store of value an asset no foreign government can print, devalue, or create offering protection in an increasingly uncertain monetary and geopolitical world.
Here are the countries with the largest gold reserves, according to the World Gold Council.

$AAPL is an S Tier stock. Its similar with holding SPY ETFs. Volatility is low, stock price appreciates yearly, and they also pay a dividend.
Their annual returns since 1980 proves this. A 19% CAGR is insane.
If you can't stomach the volatility then sell. Bitching everyday about the price is exhausting. Companies don't make turnarounds overnight. It requires patience and time.
