@NYCTBus Not sure about the bus number, but I was on the 6:40 Downtown and it made regular downtown stops. And by my office, I saw the other BM buses stopping at Church St./Liberty St.
@NYCTBus Can I ask where you’re getting your information from because all the BM express buses are stopping at the regular stops. I was just on a BM1 that made regular downtown stops.
@NYCTBus If the 4:10 doesn’t run, the 4:30 should definitely be on time. Nothing came until 4:50 so people were standing outside for an hour in this weather waiting for a bus.
@NYCTBus Not true. The 4:10 departed at exactly 4:10 because I was on it. I have no idea about the 4:30, but I can tell you that it didn’t arrive at 4:30.
@NYCTBus I don’t really know to respond to that. I imagine that many cancellations are due to operator shortages, and even if it’s short notice, all cancellations should have a notification posted. It also looks like the 4:30 BM1 from church st/park pl didn’t run either, it’s ridiculous.
@NYCTBus Why aren’t there consistent cancellation notifications when trips don’t run? It happens constantly. What does the communication disconnect stem from? Is it that supervision doesn’t properly notify your communications team?
