Driving wrong side on a flyover in Delhi.

Under BNS, following action should be taken against offenders caught doing wrong side driving on high-risk areas like flyovers and highways:

- A formal FIR registered against them.

- Immediate vehicle seizure.

- Imprisonment for up to 6 months for a first offence, or up to 2 years for a repeat offence.

- Suspension of Driving Licence.
