Iβm still waiting for responses to my complaint and compensation claim, plus the documentation required by my travel insurer. Iβm happy to resend all forms and evidence, but I want this investigated and resolved urgently. The handling of this has been completely unacceptable.
@easyJet EZY8218 (HER-LGW) was delayed before being cancelled overnight, leaving us stranded in Greece. Airport staff sent us between desks, your app and support channels failed and we were left to arrange and pay for our own hotel, food and transport. Appalling service.
Iβve now submitted an expense claim, compensation claim and formal complaint. After all of that, I claimed β¬53.70 in expenses and have only received Β£26.85 back with no explanation whatsoever. What exactly has been reimbursed and how was this amount calculated?
Flight cancelled and no help from @easyJet in booking an overnight hotel. Stuck at Heraklion Airport with staff not caring and sending us between different departments. Ended up having to book and pay for accommodation ourselves as it was midnight. Completely unacceptable!
