Need urgent legal help. My mother lied to Minneapolis police and I have a recording in order to falsely put me in a 72 hour hold. APS did not have my permission to talk to her. She talked to the hospital regardless, her opinion is being weighed more than the doctor’s and they are recommending long term involuntary commitment with anti psychotics despite my clear and calm demeanor and indisputable sanity. My girlfriend and her mother have evidence of my mother’s repeatable pattern of behavior of lying.
