@asktelecelgh_ Iβm trying to report a fault with my BB and Iβm unable to do so. Keep telling me network error when I put in my User ID or Service Number.
Is been 96 hours and counting and no solution yet. I donβt even know why I allow myself to be convince to take your FBB. Itβs obvious your customer service has not improve

@VodafoneGhana is that you donβt respect your customer or you not interested in maintaining your customer? I have send messages, call your CSL and still my BB is off for more than 7 days and counting
