Happiness can’t be bought, but nor does it depend mostly on one’s mindset.
Objective circumstances and behaviours, such as our wealth and health, influence our happiness as much as psychological traits, like an outgoing nature.

3. If you are having difficulty getting off your antidepressant, that shows you must need them.

Yesterday I was reminded that often the thought of doing something is worse than the thing itself.
I'm currently training for a running event where I have to run 4 x10ks in a day.
Yesterday was my first training day doing 2 x 10ks in one day.

Social Connection
Nature
Fresh air
Exercise
All things I enjoy and are good for my wellbeing.

What worked for you, and what didn't work for you this weekend, and why?
Here's how reducing your social media impact by just 15 minutes a day can benefit your health:
1. 15% improvement in immune function (less colds, flu's, warts)
2. 50% improvement in sleep quality
3. 30% fewer depressive symptoms
