Two doctors were unlawfully fired after not signing a letter of resignation. They were told to resign as they didn’t show political loyalty. The Alaska house has just denied them settlement money, do you believe this was right? https://t.co/RmbpqYQmZO
@alexislikesoats I believe it would be a good idea for schools to have a silent help program where kids can privately go talk to people for help without knowing each other. I think this would help as then someone would not be as shy for asking for help because they wouldn’t know each other.
@NatalieF124 I think it is a complicated situation as even though they voiced their concerns it didn’t change the outcome because they didn’t stop it, they could have easily gone over and taken the tape off of the students face rather than just voicing it was wrong.
Miss America talks about how she is very thankful for the Alaska’s school program which offers students with disabilities to partner with another student in sports and clubs. Do you think she is right for every school to try and do this? https://t.co/rixR8ZZ8Dh #erhslang22
@godfrey_tierra I do not believe shutting down school will help solve any issue as we have seen in the past many kids when our online tend to either cheat on the schoolwork or completely ignore it as they don’t have any consequences.
How fair is it that workers on a boat have to pay their manager back if whales decide to eat their sablefish on a longline? Should more research be put into understand why this is happening? https://t.co/naqDpV5M7y
@MadelynBeecrof3 I believe the bill will have a strong impact on children which could be both healthy and harmful to the development of children. It could be harmful as certain students may not fully grasp the concept of gender and our biology and physical differences.
@Grace_F_21 I believe it is up to the individual person to decided wether or not they feel safe with sharing their location. If someone does share there location and ends up getting harmed it is on them as they were the one who decided they felt ok with their location being seen.
Do you think everyone school should pass a type of parental rights bill? If so where should the boundary be in how far they have a say in a school district? https://t.co/uiKYFeaLlY #erhslang22
Should a school be giving away a million dollars a year to police officers that help patrol the school if the school board says they are not in dire need of assistance yet? https://t.co/cMTTy6OoTn #erhslang22
Do you think the USDA should force companies to recall their food products if bacteria is spotted even just once? Right now the policy is they must reach a certain level repeated in order to make them recall.
A certain amount of bacteria is allowed under USDA rules, but companies routinely exceed that—and don’t have to recall their products. (via @VICE) https://t.co/vRtbRC48lr
@Grace_F_21 I think training is a good idea as in the article it tells us how they will be trained on how to properly use a gun and what the safety rules are.
Do you think it was right of the school board to punish the students for teachers not showing up? I understand a state has a certain amount of hours you need to attend but how is it the students fault. https://t.co/PFBk15mGuU #erhslang22
@KAHAKO5 I believe it is up to the individual person to decide wether they want to stay and fight or go and protect themselves. As much as we believe one should stay and defend their country, the Ukraines are very outnumbered right now.
@Grace_F_21 I think with natural disasters we can’t truly do anything as this is just Mother Nature. But we can help animals recover from natural disasters by moving them to new locations if their old habitat was lost.
Do you think more should be done to help schools transition into in person learning as schools nationwide are facing bus drivers shortages and teacher resignations? https://t.co/o9TzpqiPTA #erhslang22
