Em Ezequiel 9:4 e Apocalipse 7:2, 3, a marca ou sinal é dito ser colocado na testa dos servos de Deus. Ambas as escrituras se referem a um tempo em que a destruição total está chegando aos ímpios. O selo é colocado sobre o povo de Deus como uma salvaguarda para preservá-los do mal iminente. Mas “a testa” é evidentemente usada como uma figura, para denotar o intelecto ou mente, assim como “o coração” é usado para denotar a disposição ou afeições. @pastortedwilson We need to build our body temple! See 17:27 “seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands” From 1844 God has a people who keeps the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus!
