@JineshS_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC@Ryan_Gattis That is a very creative and thoughtful title. Based on what the book is like based on your answers, it seems to be a good title. Great job Jinesh!
@MiaS_9393 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC I suppose all of the main characters do something to stop the shooting and help save everyone. While their attempts may not have been successful, they all take a part in it, and it develops the story and characters further. Great summary!
@Katej_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC I do like that concept. Having one main conflict all connecting the four perspectives was a nice point you brought up. This main dilemma is what develops the story and characters. Those were some good points you brought up. Nice job!
@SourishP_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC@JasonReynolds83 That does seem to be the basic premise of the book. Would you say that this book is trying to accomplish police brutality as a theme? The title summarizes the plot in a very nice way. Nice job!
@KaleighC_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC@writerkmc Thank you for not spoiling it! It seems to be quite a mystery with the summary you give. Based on your summary, would you classify this book as suspenseful and mysterious? Does the mystery aspect make the book's plot stronger?
@NoahS_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC@writerkmc That is a good summary as it describes the setting. In what ways is it mysterious, or what secrets are concealed in the town? This question is asked a lot in the reader's mind. There is a lot of questions about the town, and it is a main aspect of the book. Good summary Noah!
@MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC Most of the main characters have past events that have hurt them and shape who they are as characters. For Claire, it's Trace going away and Matt's condition. For Sylv, it's Tyler and their mother's condition. Everyone has a painful past, and the novel is wrapped around it.
@MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC "The Painful Past" would be a good title as the book is centered around what happened in previous events. The reason Tyler is shooting the school is that he was hurt emotionally in the past. Both Autumn and Tyler remember their mother dying as it is a main staple of the plot.
@MrsThorsenSMS @mariekeyn This is Where it Ends: Teenager shoots the school for revenge. Tyler is shooting Opportunity for revenge against his peers that he was rejected by. He wants to take everything away from others just like everything was taken away from him.
@CelineE_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @stratford_IC@SchwabSMS@mariekeyn I feel that most of the reactions suggest that Opportunity hates them at this point. The only real reason they would feel pity is for Autumn. I can give you some text evidence if you want.
@CelineE_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC Not exactly. I didn't use physical appearances as a criteria and focused on past roles and performances.
@MiaS_9393 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC He's been in other movies like A.I. and Forrest Gump. I personally haven't seen the Sixth Sense in its entirety, but I know enough about his performance to say that he could pull Tyler off. He can be creepy yet deep and emotional.
@CelineE_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @stratford_IC@SchwabSMS@mariekeyn I would definitely see him doing that. He might have seen the error of his ways after seeing what Tyler had done and what he did to Autumn. However, he could also give more grief and drink even more. It could go either way. Good thinking!
@MiaS_9393 @MrsThorsenSMS @stratford_IC@SchwabSMS Very good prediction from where you were! Do you think that the perspective outside the school could be more suspenseful as the characters outside don't know what is exactly happening inside? They don't know who lived and who died, which to me makes it more suspenseful.
@EllaP_93 @Katej_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @stratford_IC@SchwabSMS@mariekeyn I totally agree. A lot of this lines up in a very satisfying and conclusive way. The ending has a nice tone and I enjoyed reading the end of it.
@KaleighC_93 @MrsThorsenSMS @SchwabSMS@stratford_IC I don't know a lot about his personality. He does seem to be kinder than his past roles though. His real personality would most likely not fit the role as well. Thanks for asking!
