Eddie has been rehabbing with me all winter/spring. Previously, Eddie had been up to 93 once.

We came to a consensus in the fall to just shoot to be healthy for college and not worry about our high school season.
Without rushing back, Eddie has now pitched twice for us (his last outing) and has thrown harder than ever.

He has hit 93+ a couple times in his rehab process, and today, he hits 93+ 4 times, including 94.5 in his 2nd outing. 🔥

This return-to-throw program was radar based and included plyos, weighted balls (😱), pulldowns, and mound progressions. 🤝🏼
