@demetriosnAB The teachers already know who needs extra learning support. That is what they are trained to do. If they had reasonable class sizes, they could intervene earlier. This extra testing is performative and will do nothing to actually address the situation.

To have a deal, the government would have to present a counteroffer to the one that ATA proposed. ATA was told to propose, they did. To make a deal the UCP has to respond. It's that simple.
