Why would you disable incoming calls and SMS less than 24 hours of pack expiring? How do you think we'll be able to recharge when OTP cannot be received? That's one hell of a dumb policy. Been using Airtel from 18 years and never have I seen such a downfall. @airtelindia @TRAI

Please get your drivers in line before they kill a person or two. This driver was forcing overtakes at unconventional places at high speeds full of aggression. I don't want him to lose his job but I think some counseling is in order. @SMC_Srinagar @SwachhJk @Traffic_hqrs

@JandKBank pathetic service. I’ve been trying to reach the helpline line but nothing. Now I called my concerned branch and they said they’d transfer the call but instead they hung up and put the number on hold.

@JandKBank It has been more than 7 days since I made a transaction. Your link says it’ll get back to me in 30 days. Visited bank/ called customer care services but nothing. The amount was debited from my account but till date it hasn’t reached the other bank or reversed to my account.
