There's not a single phone number on your portals to help people with queries and the FAQs section is useless.

This is absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional.
Even after overcharging me for the food and you didn't have the audacity to give me a full refund.

Ordering from @zomato@zomatocare is like getting yourself into a ransom situation.
Even if they want to deliver after 1 hour after the committed time, you are forced to wait for it and pay full amount for it. Be it any hour of the day.

@18002096006 There was no action from their end just got an update on the delivery date from them, which is not acceptable as per their committed timeline.
