Calling the war on drugs a “pro-life campaign” does not make it so.

A truly pro-life policy protects life, respects due process, and upholds human dignity. It does not justify the extra-judicial killing of suspected drug personalities.

Suspicion is not a death sentence. Allegation is not proof. Poverty, addiction, and social vulnerability should not make any person disposable.

The government's fight against illegal drugs must be within the bounds of the law. There are no shortcuts where life and liberty are at stake.
