#LOÚLTIMO Suspendieron al juez Juan Varillas por seis meses "por redactar resoluciones en un USB personal en su casa". El magistrado admitió llevarse proyectos de medidas cautelares a su domicilio sin dejar registro en el sistema oficial. "Le pasé el USB a mi asistente quien lo colgó en el sistema", confesó.
Además, se le imputa un sospechoso trato preferencial: resolvió una medida cautelar en solo 3 días hábiles (caso El Comercio ), a pesar de que su juzgado tenía 99 solicitudes cautelares pendientes de calificación. Todo un joyón.
