Ok?
@faithlost4@BrunoTertrais Moscow knew exactly what to put in writing and demand in writing. They demanded a lot in the 2+4 treaty, and they also demanded a lot in the NATO Russia founding act 7 years later, but they accepted NATO enlargement in that agreement. Not 1 inch was not part of it.
@clemenswergin Of course, she is wrong. As president Stupp/ Finland has argued, Russia has lost already -because there is no way for Russia to achieve their war aims anymore. Since 2014, they have achieved one negative victory only: no one is left in Ukraine who does not see Russia as the enemy

@Ignoranciaaguda What a totally stupid point: the United States has not given a dime to Ukraine since early 2025. The US makes a lot of money from the Ukraine war, paid for by Europe. Who is now the free rider??
At some point - sadly, when it may already be too late - Americans may begin asking themselves: Why and when did we begin abandoning our soft power supremacy, and losing Europe by doing stupid and immoral stuff?
@FenOfSeven Just a little reminder: it was the United States, and only the United States that attempted in 2008 to admit Ukraine into NATO. Washington is responsible for all the consequences, not anyone else.
@Highres_BN Would you go so far as to accept the idea of Ukrainian self-determination, or is it your view that Russia has a right term to determine where Ukraine should be and where Ukraine should go?
Alles falsch - shame on you.
@blitt123@MarioNawfal O come on! Do not be ridiculous! Should he have read a poem? The only question on the table is whether Russia is willing to negotiate seriously, and to end this war. And this question is for Lavrov to deal with, not the German Foreign Minister. From Lavrov: nothing!
@TheOrcaTM The bombs are in Europe. Nuclear Sharing Arrangements made ext deterrence politically possible. Not a good idea to abandon that before we have a reliable replacement.
@TheOrcaTM What we do not yet have ourselves, we need to acquire (e.g., fifth or sixth gen nuclear certified combat aircraft). what we can build ourselves, we should start building in a dramatically accelerated manner, by creating an effective and not fragmented EU defense industry market
