As a regular grand justice seeker that I am, I carried my two legs to Nigerian Police HQ today.

Waiting in line to submit my petition to an attending officer, some other officer swung open the door behind him and just started talking...

What are you doing customer service for if you cannot properly identify a consumer's problem? Is it only about making money? Customer service my foot!

@Samsung_Nigeria Greetings. I am here to rant and hope you take some learning from it and also make some adjustments to the kind of people that represent you. I was at your service centre yesterday at 51 Allen avenue to show you that the sim tray of the new phone I got got stuck

...because both sims are working fine, till there is need to remove the sim (which from past experience, is never, till I am ready to change phones again). So I would have waited 5 days and paid 8k for the problem to persist?!
