.@ItalyinMumbai @ItalyinIndia 1 month since I applied for a Schengen (ITPU/101023/0006/01). Cancelled multiple work trips (attached) because I don't have my passport. No replies to multiple emails, listed phone numbers don't work.

On visiting the consulate physically, was met with extremely rude behavior. How is one expected to get an appointment if none of your communication channels work? Called the Italian Tourism Board number, says that that number is incorrect as well.
