@AirIndia I bookd domestic tickts 4 my senior citizen parents bt mistakenly selected regular fare.DOBs're entrd during booking & I feel the senior citizen concession shud ideally b auto-applied or highlighted. Cud u plz review & consider refundng fare diff as a goodwill gesture ?
