@flyspicejet Before cancelling it on my own, i tried the phone based customer service (twice) but it put me on hold for forever (check logs). Even while cancelling, the website wasn’t showing the refundable amount. How in the world am I supposed to know what’s going to happen?

@flyspicejet Actually i made roundtrip bookings. Booked a flight with @goairlinesindia - F4959F (Amt 5k). Both returning flights with @IndiGo6E (10 min delay) - BMT4HA & JGDH6F (Amt 10k). Getting 95% amount back with MMT tax deduction. This is customer service. What say?
